HIPS Energy Certificates
The introduction of HIPS (Home Information Packs) as a feature in the sale of all homes of three bedrooms and above became a mandatory requirement during 2007. Part of the pack is a statement of the level of energy efficiency throughout the home. We have undergone the specialist training for this process.
So whether you are selling your home or not, an audit of your enrgy efficiency could be something to think about as it will highlight to you where you could be wasting money as well as giving you lots of handy tips.
Upon receipt of an order to produce an Energy Efficiency Report, the administration team will contact the customer within two working hours to arrange a convenient time to survey the property.
Wherever possible, taking into account the customer’s requirements, an appointment will be made within four working days of receipt of the order.
After the survey has been completed, the report will be returned to the customer within two working days. We can return the report via post, e mail or fax.
Once the report has been issued to the customer’s satisfaction an invoice is produced.
If required we can provide Estate Agents with access to our surveyors diary so that they can book the survey directly with the customer.
