Here at JSD Partnership we aim to help in any way we possibly can, this I why we are in partnership with eaga plc who run the Warm Front scheme. We are qualified installers of this initiative provided by the Government.

What is Warm Front?

Warm Front is a government-funded scheme, which provides grants to make your home warmer, healthier and more energy-efficient.

Warm Front Grants are for people who are on certain benefits and own their home or rent it from a private landlord.

Who Qualifies for the Grant?

If you own your home or rent it from a private landlord, you may be able to claim a grant of up to £2700 under the Warm front Scheme.

Heating Systems

•Gas room heaters with thermostat controls

•Electric storage heaters with thermostat controls

•Converting a solid fuel open fire to a gas-fronted fire

•Timer controls for electric space and water heaters

•Central heating with condensing boiler

Warm Front Grant

The following people may be able to claim a grant of up to £2700 under Warm Front.

You may be able to claim if you receive one or more of the following.

■ Working Tax Credit

■ Child Tax Credit

■ Attendance Allowance

■ Disability Living Allowance

■ Income Support

■ Housing Benefit

■ Council Tax Benefit

■ War Disablement Pension

■ Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit

You may be able to claim if you have a child under 16 or are pregnant and have a maternity certificate MAT B1, and are also receiving one or more of the following.

■ Income Support

■ Council Tax Benefit

■ Housing Benefit

■ Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance

■ Pension Credit

You may be able to claim if you are 60 and over and are receiving one or more of the following.

■ Pension Credit

■ Council Tax Benefit

■ Housing Benefit

■ Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance

What does the Grant Provide?

As well as the measures provided by Warm Front, Warm Front Plus may also offer gas or electric central heating systems.
