JSD Homecare has been established for 20 years and we are proud to have served thousands of satisfied customers throughout the West Midlands from our base in Oldbury.
Originally trading as J&W Heating and Plumbing, the company was opened in 1974 and traded as a partnership until 1999. We continued trading as a sole trader until June 2000 when new partners joined the business. This new partnership continued trading until April 2003 when the company incorporated. The partners in the business became directors and share holders.
Through our strong ethics of providing good value and honest service, we have enjoyed a steady and continued growth and reached record turnover for the year ending April 2006. Originally employing only two engineers, the company now employs in excess of 60 personnel.

We provide a wide variety of services, from planning and installation, to complex bespoke heating systems, general plumbing, boiler servicing. electrical installations and airconditioning. No domestic or commercial job is too small.
We offer a clear and transparent pricing structure and no work commences without a full, written quotation being provided and accepted by our customers.
We offer flexible payment terms and only collect payment when work has been satisfactorily completed with the exception of some grant aided work where pre-payment is required. Please ask for details.
